Frustrating Return Process

I recently accepted a credit card from a retailer to save money on my purchase. I had credit with them years ago but stopped using it due to poor service and messy stores. After spending hundreds, I tried to return four items without a receipt, thinking the digital system would help. Unfortunately, they couldn't find my account or purchases. After 15 minutes, they finally located some items, but the tag scans didn't work. The manager's response was simply, 'Good for them.' This lack of service is unacceptable, and I won't be shopping here often.
