My recent experience with JCT600 Cupra Leeds was the worst I've ever had.First of all I was led to believe I was receiving a special discount as a returning customer, only to discover later that the same discount was available across all Cupra dealers, with some offering even larger discounts. This lack of transparency felt deceptive.More concerning was the unauthorised hard credit search carried out by VW Financial Services on instructions from JCT600. I never gave consent or signed any paperwork to authorise this search.The sales team overlooked the standard practice of obtaining authorisation before conducting a credit check, which has now negatively impacted my credit score and breached my privacy.I am now having to take this up directly with VWFinancial Services to have this unauthorised search removed from my credit file! No apology or offer to help correct their wrong doing from JCT600.The overall handling of my complaint was totally disgusting! The company took no responsibility for anything they did or the serious concerns raised. Dismissive and arrogant all the way! I will never deal with JCT600 again. You have lost a once loyal customer!
