I really enjoy the gym and the pricing is unbeatable. However, the cancellation process is a significant drawback. Unlike other gyms, you can't quickly cancel your membership; instead, you have to email the company and wait 6 to 8 weeks for a response. During that time, they often charge you for another month or two. When trying to recover those extra fees, communication can be frustrating, with many ignored emails. For this reason, I typically choose another gym, as their cancellation process is much more straightforward. I really hope the company can streamline this process to allow cancellations directly through the app without additional charges while waiting for a response.
