Never helped me to access the gym. I paid for nothing. I wrote twice because I could not access the app with my email to generate the access QR. They replied once that they would help me and needed my email to proceed, I provided it. Never heard from them. As usual in these franchises in the UK, the telephone number is useless. I left a message, no reply. Come the end of my 30 days, they will find that I have cancelled the direct debit and will urgently wish to have a conversation.
