I then replied directly by email, waiting another 4 to 5 days with no reply. When I reached out once more via the forum, the customer service team simply sent a generic template response, which gave me no hope and left me feeling disrespected. This repeated lack of professionalism is unacceptable.
My gym membership, which I had paused for three months, is a key part of my routine, and the ongoing poor communication from both head office and in-gym staff is preventing me from restoring it.
