This company has shown to be quite misleading. They have partnered with a delivery service, resulting in fraudulent practices that impact new customers like me, as they fail to deliver products and do not issue refunds. I am formally expressing my dissatisfaction with a recent online order that was never delivered as promised. Despite multiple attempts to resolve this issue, I have yet to receive my order or a proper reimbursement. The support team has not provided adequate assistance, leaving me extremely frustrated. The online platform appears deceptive, and I feel misled as a customer in Canada. I work hard for my earnings, and I will not allow my money to be taken unfairly. It is unacceptable for a business to retain payment without delivering the purchased product. This practice is unethical and potentially illegal. I demand an immediate full refund for the undelivered order.
