The order confirmation and tracking indicated that both jerseys would be in one package, but upon arrival, only one jersey was included. The customer service response was painfully slow, and after waiting for a long time, I was informed that the shipping provider had denied their claim, leaving me with no resolution. This situation is unacceptable. The issue was clearly a packing error by the seller, not the fault of the shipping provider. Despite having paid in full, I did not receive the complete order, and the company refused to issue a refund or send a replacement for the missing item. Instead of accepting responsibility, they deflected blame, leaving me without a solution. Overall, this experience was frustrating and disappointing throughout. I strongly recommend that others reconsider before placing an order with this company.

They were able to create a custom cart for me to repurchase with a significant discount and free shipping.

There are serious issues with false advertising! The company promoted UGGs at 85% off, and just one day before the sale ended, they canceled multiple orders citing lack of inventory. I have screenshots showing the sizes available, and during my second order attempt, the system said it could not be fulfilled, indicating a failure on their part.
