I ordered shoes for my son for Christmas, but the wrong ones arrived. I requested a refund and returned them. My son tried them on for no more than 5 minutes to check the size. They refused the refund citing damage. We did not damage them; they showed no wear on the soles and appeared to have been tried on before. Having worked in shoe retail for years, I would have accepted these for a refund. There were no solutions offered, not even store credit. Very disappointed with the service.
