This company has proven to be quite deceptive. They have teamed up with a delivery partner, leading to fraudulent practices that affect new customers like myself, as they fail to deliver products and do not issue refunds. I am formally expressing my dissatisfaction with a recent online order that was never delivered as promised. Despite numerous efforts to address this issue, I have yet to receive my order or any appropriate reimbursement. The support team has not provided the necessary assistance, leaving me very frustrated. The online platform seems misleading, and I feel deceived as a customer in Canada. I work hard for my earnings, and I refuse to let my money be taken unjustly. It is unacceptable for any business to keep payment without delivering the purchased items. This behavior is unethical and may even be illegal. I insist on an immediate full refund for the order that was not delivered.
