This was the worst experience I've had with online shopping. I ordered a pair of shoes and waited 7 business days for delivery, but the product never arrived. When I contacted the support team, they told me to wait an additional 5 days. After waiting another 7 days, I still received nothing. When I reached out again after 14 days, I was informed that they were out of stock and would issue a refund. If you can't manage an online store properly, maybe you shouldn't have one.
