Extremely disappointing online shopping experience.

This has been the most frustrating online shopping experience I've ever had. I ordered a pair of shoes and waited 7 business days for delivery, but received nothing. When I contacted the support team, they advised me to wait another 5 days. After waiting an additional 7 days, I still had no product. When I followed up again, they finally informed me (after 14 days) that the item was out of stock and they would issue a refund. If you can't manage an online store, perhaps you shouldn't operate one.

The worst online shopping experience ever...

This was the worst experience I've had with online shopping. I ordered a pair of shoes and waited 7 business days for delivery, but the product never arrived. When I contacted the support team, they told me to wait an additional 5 days. After waiting another 7 days, I still received nothing. When I reached out again after 14 days, I was informed that they were out of stock and would issue a refund. If you can't manage an online store properly, maybe you shouldn't have one.

Didn’t receive my product, poor service.

I didn't receive my product as someone else collected it. When I contacted the seller, the staff was rude. I filed a complaint, but they're still investigating. This has been the worst experience I've ever had.

Staff needs improvement.

The staff is terrible; no one is working except security. I've visited three stores, and it's frustrating to find fitting rooms that are just for show. Half the staff should be let go for not doing their jobs.

Lack of communication regarding orders.

As usual, there was no notification about whether my order had arrived. When I went to the store, the staff was very strict and unwilling to help. They only checked by order number and told me it hadn't arrived. In a previous visit, a more cooperative employee found my order by my name. Attitude and friendliness make a big difference!
