This has been the most frustrating online shopping experience I've ever had. I ordered a pair of shoes and waited 7 business days for delivery, but received nothing. When I contacted the support team, they advised me to wait another 5 days. After waiting an additional 7 days, I still had no product. When I followed up again, they finally informed me (after 14 days) that the item was out of stock and they would issue a refund. If you can't manage an online store, perhaps you shouldn't operate one.
