I placed an order three days ago for a pair of shoes, and although the funds have been deducted, the order isn’t being processed. I contacted the payment service, which confirmed the payment was sent, but the seller has no record of it and refuses to assist. I've reached out multiple times, but they keep directing me back to the payment service. My money is taken, but I have no order, and they won’t cancel it. I won't be shopping here again.
