The service I received, both in-store and online, was incredibly disappointing. I attempted to purchase runners for my son at a local shop before Christmas. After asking for the correct size, the staff member took them upstairs to check for 25 minutes, repeatedly passing by me without any updates. Frustrated, I eventually left and decided to order online instead. My first order went missing, and after waiting two weeks, I called for an update. I was assured they would arrive within eight days, but after four days, still no runners. After spending another hour on the phone, I learned that the runners were never even sent out for the initial delivery. Four weeks wasted trying to get an item that wasn't in stock. I won't be shopping here again.
I placed an order during the sales a week ago and just received an email with an insincere apology stating the item is out of stock and a refund will be processed. Why accept orders if there are stock issues? Extremely unsatisfactory service.

I've reached out multiple times, but they keep directing me back to the payment service. My money is taken, but I have no order, and they won’t cancel it. I won't be shopping here again.

According to representatives, they aren't responsible for warehouse products. You can order personalized items, but if they're out of stock, tough luck, as no one informs you. I recommend avoiding a company that takes your money but doesn't uphold their commitments.
