Extremely disappointing service both in-store and online

The service I received, both in-store and online, was incredibly disappointing. I attempted to purchase runners for my son at a local shop before Christmas. After asking for the correct size, the staff member took them upstairs to check for 25 minutes, repeatedly passing by me without any updates. Frustrated, I eventually left and decided to order online instead. My first order went missing, and after waiting two weeks, I called for an update. I was assured they would arrive within eight days, but after four days, still no runners. After spending another hour on the phone, I learned that the runners were never even sent out for the initial delivery. Four weeks wasted trying to get an item that wasn't in stock. I won't be shopping here again.

Fantastic Experience Thanks to Quick Delivery

My experience was excellent due to the speedy delivery. The clothing is very comfortable and easy to maintain. The staff at the store are friendly as well. I would definitely recommend this to others worldwide.

Unpleasant Shopping Experience

I had a terrible experience at the store. The staff were clearly not knowledgeable about the products, and the store seemed understaffed and overworked. While this may not be their fault, the loud music was a major issue. If this is a company policy, it's misguided. I couldn't wait to leave the store with my family and chose to shop elsewhere.

Customer Service Concerns

I faced poor customer service when trying to return a click and collect order. Online support informed me that items would be automatically returned if not collected within 14 days. I waited that period without any update on my return. After contacting customer service multiple times, I had to visit the store after three weeks. I had to explain my situation to several staff members, who seemed unaware of the automatic return policy. They were unhelpful and left me waiting for twenty minutes. No apologies were offered. I will avoid this seller in the future, especially given the quality of in-store staff.

Order Issues

I placed an order three days ago for a pair of shoes, and although the funds have been deducted, the order isn’t being processed. I contacted the payment service, which confirmed the payment was sent, but the seller has no record of it and refuses to assist. I've reached out multiple times, but they keep directing me back to the payment service. My money is taken, but I have no order, and they won’t cancel it. I won't be shopping here again.

Missing Items

I ordered a sports jersey and paid for a badge, waiting 30 minutes in-store for collection only to find no badge attached. There was no email explaining the issue or any refund. According to representatives, they aren't responsible for warehouse products. You can order personalized items, but if they're out of stock, tough luck, as no one informs you. I recommend avoiding a company that takes your money but doesn't uphold their commitments.
