An order was significantly delayed (8 weeks) and one item arrived damaged. While the value was only £12.50, the support team has been utterly unhelpful. After 4 weeks of correspondence that began with the initial seller, I still haven't received my refund. Just yesterday, they requested my address and phone number, and today they asked for the order number, which they had already provided in their first email. They used the email linked to my account, so they are aware of my details. This isn't a scam; it's a frustrating example of inadequate customer service by individuals who seem unwilling to review their previous communications. The delay made it impossible to return the damaged item. I will be removing this company from my list immediately.
