Places 2 orders over the weekend and they take full payment and within 5 seconds the orders were cancelled?
If you are out of stock then the order should not go through, your systems are terrible and now you have over £200 of my money authorised for an item you never intended to ship out.
Please don't ask me to send you my details because the last time I put a review, you asked me for my details and I never heard from you again.
I was a customer with Premierman but recently was made to become a JD Williams customer. Same group so wasn't worried. Since the change, everyday I am getting emails with offers on "WOMAN'S FASHION " despite me being a single MAN which it says in my profile. The reason I was a customer with Premierman is because they focused more on MEN'S FASHION ( big clue in the company title).
Receiving an email saying this offer should be of interest to you, and its women's dresses is a massive insult and slur on my gender! Bring back Premierman for your MALE customers!
Waste of time ordering from JD Williams, made 2x orders over the last few weeks, both times they confirmed orders, sent confirmation, took funds & canceled order the next day (need to wait 7 - 10 days for the funds to return). Buy from a company that actually honours orders taken & confirmed, dont buy from this company they are beyond a joke, just deleted my account as i will by from a reputable company in future that understands allocation of stock to orders taken 👍
I recently bought a chest freezer from a retailer and I can genuinely say that my experience was flawless. I snagged a great deal during the Sale, and the delivery price was very reasonable compared to other platforms. I was kept updated about the delivery schedule, which I appreciated. The delivery team was excellent as well. The freezer arrived exactly when promised, and the team placed it where I wanted it while being friendly and professional. I would definitely consider purchasing from this retailer again. Everything went perfectly. Thank you!
An order was significantly delayed (8 weeks) and one item arrived damaged. While the value was only £12.50, the support team has been utterly unhelpful. After 4 weeks of correspondence that began with the initial seller, I still haven't received my refund. Just yesterday, they requested my address and phone number, and today they asked for the order number, which they had already provided in their first email. They used the email linked to my account, so they are aware of my details. This isn't a scam; it's a frustrating example of inadequate customer service by individuals who seem unwilling to review their previous communications. The delay made it impossible to return the damaged item. I will be removing this company from my list immediately.
I wish I could charge as much for my wasted time as the company charges in interest. What’s the point of calling when I’m number 12 in the queue on that chat service, and they’re closing in 20 minutes? I needed another post office QR code since I had already used the first one for a return from the same order just two days ago. The representative said she had sorted it out for me, only for me to discover she sent an EVRI QR code instead of what I actually requested. Who, wanting a refund before the new year, would prefer an Evri returns code over Royal Mail? I had already used the same Royal Mail QR Code, so I guess we’ll see how that turns out.
The voucher was removed at the last minute, prompting me to attempt to cancel my order within 10 minutes of placing it. However, all customer service links were non-functional, they didn't respond on social media, and phone calls went unanswered. Very disappointing customer service.
Absolutely dreadful customer support. I ordered a jacket 15 days before a holiday party, but the delivery service lost the package. The company refuses to send a replacement unless I pay for another one and wait 5-10 days for a refund on the first. Why should I be out of pocket for two jackets for that long? Just send me the jacket I’ve already paid for! The support team also refuses to contact me, despite a manager being supposed to call me.
I ordered a bicycle for my daughter's Christmas, but five days later, they canceled the order while still taking my payment. Getting a refund has been a nightmare, and the attitude I encountered was appalling. This has completely ruined my daughter's Christmas. Avoid buying anything from this unreliable company; they will take your money, deceive you, and not deliver your orders. I hope they go out of business, and all their staff face consequences.
