Sadly the item I bought had to be returned, as it didn't fit. What was great was the returns process. I did have to print a label - because as always the royal mail app was useless - but I can't blame Jeanstore for that. My money was refunded very quickly once the return reached them, and a lot more speedily than some companies that I've dealt with.
I would recommend them as they appear to be trustworthy and they have a good range of brand leading products.
