It's hard buying expensive denim in Australia (especially when you can't try on) so the level of service via email was appreciated
I bought a jacket for £469, only to find it priced at £375 the next day. This was my first time using this service, and I typically prefer to support independent stores. I requested a partial refund of roughly £93, but they denied it. I even proposed a credit note for future purchases, but that was also rejected. I could have returned the jacket and repurchased it at the lower price, but it was the last XL size, so there was no guarantee it would be available again. Each of my requests was met with excuses, which was particularly disappointing during the holiday season. I recommend steering clear of this shop, as they seem unwilling to assist customers and lack helpfulness. The idea of returning the jacket, waiting for it to be relisted, and facing the same problem again is frustrating. Other stores have managed similar situations easily, offering partial refunds or credit notes without hassle. Unfortunately, this service does not, and the £100 price difference is considerable for many customers, though it seems not to concern them.

I give 2 stars due to an average customer experience. A high-value order was sent via standard shipping, taking 7 days to arrive with no notification of delays when I ordered! The tracking was poor, and when I contacted customer service after 6 days, I was blamed for not upgrading my shipping! This was not what I expected from such a well-rated store. The agent could have simply said there were delays and that my parcel would arrive soon, but instead, I got a dismissive response about it being my fault. I dislike this kind of 'blame the customer' attitude. Did the agent not realize I was already regretting the free shipping option? I'm unsure if I would recommend or order from this service again.
I did not receive what I was looking for. The customer service is terrible. I still haven't received my money back or the correct item size. I later requested an exchange to a different size, but I've tried multiple times to reach out through calls and emails, only to find excuses for not resolving the issue. I am seeking a full refund!
