I recommend steering clear of this shop, as they seem unwilling to assist customers and lack helpfulness. The idea of returning the jacket, waiting for it to be relisted, and facing the same problem again is frustrating. Other stores have managed similar situations easily, offering partial refunds or credit notes without hassle. Unfortunately, this service does not, and the £100 price difference is considerable for many customers, though it seems not to concern them.
