I have ordered from this store twice, once before Christmas and everything was fine. My second order though, to say the service has been poor is an understatement.I placed the order on December 30.On January 9 I sent a ticket on their website asking for an update.On January 16 I sent an email as I still hadn't heard anything and asked them to cancel and refund me if they weren't going to ship by the end of the day. I received a response apologizing and saying they had missed the ticket, they asked if I wanted to wait for the item as it wasn't in stock (didn't see any mention of this when ordering) or if I wanted a different item (I hate when stores do this, if I wanted R2-D2 instead of Darth Sidious then that's what I'd have ordered), or if I wanted a refund. I replied asking for the refund.At this point I thought fair enough, mistakes happen, I'll just get it off Amazon where it was in stock, however I received no reply.On January 17 I sent another email asking them to confirm they received my email asking for a refund.On January 20 I received a reply saying they would sort my refund.As of today, January 23 my order is still showing as Processing. Not been cancelled, no refund. It has been 24 days since I placed the order, 14 days since I first chased it and 7 since I asked for a refund, yet nothing has been actioned.I believe I have been more than patient and feel I have no choice but to raise a chargeback with my bank.Edit: Improved from 1 to 2 stars. After leaving review my refund was processed. While it's a shame a bad TrustPilot review is what it took to prompt action, they do seem to be genuinely sorry about what's happened and I'd give the benefit of the doubt that my experience isn't typical of the store.
