I ordered two fluvac 6 vaccinations and two horse dewormers. It took forever to arrive, and when it did the tip (needle and top plastic portion of the syringe) was broken. This made the product unusable. I contacted Jeffers. They claimed they were very sorry and would have a replacement on the way. Weeks later I spoke with them again. Again they claimed they were very sorry for the broken item and confusion and said a replacement was on its way.I was recently contacted again, and interrogated about the item, and told they would need to call me to “clear this up”. I responded below:I don’t know what’s so hard about this. But your constant reluctance to replace a defective order speaks volumes about your customer service. Do not send anything. Though I have been ordering from Jeffers for years, this will be my last order. I do not know what a phone call would achieve. I ordered a product, you shipped it, it arrived broken and unusable. I contacted “customer service” twice. Was told both times that it was being shipped.
