I ordered a horse vaccine on June 12, 2019. The business told me that if I ordered before 3:00 p.m. that the vaccine would be shipped out the same day. It is now June 17 ( 5 days later) and the vaccine is still in process - meaning they just shipped it today. I called to complain and was told that the vaccine would arrive in 4 more days - namely June 21st!!! That is a total of 9 days from when I ordered to when I will get the product. The vaccine will be warm by then!! Even tho I ordered it with an ice package. No thanks. I will shop elsewhere. Now I just hope that I get my refund.
