I ordered several items from a seller, including a belt, bag, and wallet. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely unsatisfactory. The wrong item was sent initially, and resolving this took far longer than it should have. Communication was sluggish, requiring multiple follow-ups before the correct items were finally delivered. I was explicitly told that although the items were discounted later, the original discount would still be honored. This did not happen. I was also promised a discount code for a future purchase, which never materialized. While the quality of the products is acceptable, the unreasonable delays and failure to keep promises were intolerable. The handling of this issue was misleading and has greatly undermined my trust in the brand.
