I ordered several items from a seller, including a belt, bag, and wallet. Unfortunately, the experience was quite disappointing. The wrong item was sent initially, and resolving this issue took much longer than expected. Communication was slow, requiring multiple follow-ups before receiving the correct items. During this time, I was assured that even though the items were later discounted, the original discount would be honored. This did not occur. I was also informed that I would receive a discount code for a future purchase, which never arrived. While the quality of the products is decent, the excessive delays and failure to fulfill promises were unacceptable. The handling of this situation was misleading and has significantly damaged my trust in the company.

I ordered a wallet for my husband for Christmas and paid extra for it to be engraved with his initials, but it arrived today without the engraving. I emailed immediately with a photo to show the issue, but I have yet to receive a response.
This leather wallet is very high quality and practical. After using a very good wallet for nearly 20 years, I spent years searching for a compact and unique wallet that feels premium. It may be pricey for an average purchase, but it’s worth it.

The entire return process took just under five days, with daily update emails. The product is fantastic, and the suitcase rolls smoothly.
