I placed my first order with this company, and the only positive aspect was the quick delivery, hence the two stars. I ordered a wallet for my husband for Christmas and paid extra for it to be engraved with his initials, but it arrived today without the engraving. I emailed immediately with a photo to show the issue, but I have yet to receive a response.
