Customer service is outstanding!!I bought a wallet from them months ago. Recently reached out to them because the back of it had come away from the stitching, causing the leather to rip. At first I was devastated thinking I would have to find another wallet.But like I said, I reached out to the team at Jekyll and hide, they sent me out a replacement within a few days. Throughout my interaction with the team (via email), they were quick to respond and super friendly. What more could you ask for?Such a great experience. Thank you!
