Stiches under a shoulder strap started coming off after couple of weeks. I emailed the customer service. Exchanged couple of e-mails with them. They offered to send a new backpack which is not in the color I purchased. Wanted to check whethere there is an option to deliver the color that is available on SA site, haven't received any response in months now. Very disappointed having in mind the item was promoted as luxurious high quality. Never experienced such customer service.Edit: new backpack arrived today. Hope the sholder straps will be sturdier.
