I placed an order on the 11th of December from Jekyll & Hide, expecting my item to arrive comfortably before Christmas, based on their delivery estimates. Unfortunately, the actual timeline pushed to the maximum end, causing unnecessary stress. When I raised my concerns, their response felt quite inadequate, as it seemed to point out what I should have done differently, rather than addressing the issue. I hope they improve their communication and provide more accurate estimates in the future in order to reorder from them.
