On this occasion I got caught in the middle of a busy Black Friday promotion! and left it late for my friend's birthday...I messaged customer services and pleaded to be fast tracked..they obliged and sent it by UPS so that it arrived in time for my friend's birthday. 5* for quality and service from me.
