Ordered a bag (have had 2 previously very good) this bag came with a missing zip. I emailed to request one be sent. They responded promptly apologising and said they would send a zip immediately. 10 days later still no zip. Not good when you pay a significant amount of money for a bag. Bags are great quality so hopefully this is just a blip on their partUpdate 2 1/2 weeks later after having no joy with customer services someone higher up picked up my complaint and sent me a new bag and a small gift. Still disappointing it took so long but a happy customer now.
