I can't say whether the product is good because I haven't received it yet. I have paid for the backpack and it has been shipped. The problem is that the goods are actually ready for delivery, but customs demand an invoice. Jek & Hid are not interested, no response to my inquiries. What is so difficult about sending an invoice. Absolutely poor customer service, the main thing is that the money is there. I will certainly never buy from this store again.
