I ordered a phone case for my daughter for her 13th birthday on 2/28/25. We never received the phone case. I have now sent at least 6 emails inquiring about the missing phone case. I have received 3 responses saying they were looking into it. Then they offered an upgrade on the case I ordered and said I would get a discount on a future order. When I responded a day later I got no response again and no phone case in the mail. I’m so over it! This is the worse customer service experience I have ever had. This company is a scam. Do not buy anything from them! Thanks a lot Jelly Case for making my daughter’s birthday less joyful!
