Update- the store manager reached out to me and understood my frustration. They clarified worked with USPS to provide better and direct tracking update. She was professional and willing to help and took the steps to get me needed response. I am updating my rating as they took responsibility and reached out to me......Horrible experience. I paid fo express shipping which says 5 - 10 business days and it has been more than 3 weeks with no delivery.Their support is extremely poor, the tracking site has no information except for same “dispatched and waiting on local USPS to receive” mentioned 10 times with no location details. Based on customer service, lack of tracking details I would call it scam and would want you all to beware.If I get an update will share here.
