I originally ordered a beginner set back in August and honestly had a nice first experience using this wax. However every wax after the first the warmer would shut itself off after increasingly shorter amounts of time. The original wax warmer i received will now shut off after 1 minuet which is not nearly enough time for my wax to melt. I emailed customer service about this problem and they sent me a replacement wax warmer. I just plugged in the new one and it immediately shut off after 1 minuet. I've tried multiple different outlets and this happens no matter which one I use which leaves me to believe the warmer itself is the problem. I'm really sad about this whole mess because the wax itself is actually really great and works well but if I cant melt it enough to use then what's the point?
