Before I ever bought JellyWax, I had quite a few questions, and every time I’ve commented under any of their videos, the responses I got were very helpful and so friendly!! So, after a few back and forth comments, I took the plunge and purchased a kit, and let me tell you how much I really enjoyed it!!
It took a little time for me to figure out the temperature and consistency, but once I did, I was very impressed with how gentle it is on my skin but still gripping hairs. Even after purchasing, I still had more questions and have had the same wonderfully informative, helpful, and friendly responses.
The wax itself is just pretty to look at once it’s all melted (please try mixing some of the colors! It’s fun!) and has a nice scent to it too! The silicone pot makes it super easy to clean up any leftover wax, and the whipped sugar scrub is so lovely on my skin as well!
I highly recommend this company and their products. You won’t be disappointed!!

I tried Jelly Wax around 2 years ago for the first time. Unlike many other waxing brands/techniques that i’ve tried, Jelly Wax is easy to use, reliable, and superrr gentle which is a game changer for people with sensitive skin/severe allergies like myself. 10/10. Jelly Wax will forever have my business!
Well, waxing isn't painless. But comparatively, this wax is less painful while still being effective? I'm still a beginner so I have not gotten perfect results, and that one is on me, but I will be ordering more wax from Jelly Wax! Also, the warmer pot is great, the silicone pot is great, and the scent of the wax is not awful like some can be.
I originally ordered a beginner set back in August and honestly had a nice first experience using this wax. However every wax after the first the warmer would shut itself off after increasingly shorter amounts of time. The original wax warmer i received will now shut off after 1 minuet which is not nearly enough time for my wax to melt. I emailed customer service about this problem and they sent me a replacement wax warmer. I just plugged in the new one and it immediately shut off after 1 minuet. I've tried multiple different outlets and this happens no matter which one I use which leaves me to believe the warmer itself is the problem. I'm really sad about this whole mess because the wax itself is actually really great and works well but if I cant melt it enough to use then what's the point?
I know this product is designed for a variety of hair types. But this did not work for my very course hair on my legs and armpits. I did all the things i was supposed before waxing, exfoliating a day before and watched all the videos. But my skin got so irritated so fast.
I have been using Jelly Wax for about two years now and I have even gotten my mom and sister into it as well! All three of us suffer with crazy chin and lip hair and Jelly Wax is one of the only waxes that really gets it off. ON TOP OF THIS-- It is extremely gentle! I use the Arctic Candy beads and I rarely ever tear chunks of my skin off (something that would happen to me all the time using wax strips). This wax is perfect and a staple in my household. If you are debating buying it-- JUST DO IT.
