I saw ads for the mystery box app Jemlit, so I downloaded it and put $125 in and opened boxes and then noticed the upgrade feature and tested my luck and won a 14k yellow gold rope chain and a super cool guitar and was so excited to receive these items and because the app didn’t want to pay the items out. They banned me and accused me of cheating and I would never cheat. I’m fully against that. And they just refunded my money into the app and now I won’t receive my items or can get my money back. This app is not a great app and I don’t recommend anyone use it. They don’t honor there word that the items are sent. Most disappointing app I ever used. I would give them a zero star if I could. I am getting married in May and I was going to use my winnings to help fund my wedding and was so excited and instead of honoring there word. They banned me and accused me of cheating. My username was MixedSpruce1. I used my backup email because I was kind of suspicious that this app was a scam and I was right.😠😡
I've been playing since the beginning of this last December. I have one dozens of little items. You have the option of cashing out items for a lesser amount, its not too bad. I just recently won a laptop, the laptop I won wasn't available. Customer service made me aware of another option. I wasn't pleased with the option, they were on top of it, and helped me remedy the issues relatively quickly. Best customer service I've dealt with possibly ever.
