If I could give less than 1 star, I would. We built our home in 2017, and decided to go with all Jenn Air appliances in the kitchen. Within the first year we needed to have 3 of the 5 appliances serviced (the double ovens twice!) The ovens decided to stop working again... just over 5 years after the original purchase date. After calling customer service and expressing my disdain (nicely) I was basically told to have a nice day and call the local repair service... which now know us by name... they came and told us that we needed to replace the same part that has been replaced 3 times before.... with a 6 week wait for the delivery of the part. So I called customer service back and was originally told that I needed to go through the repair company and there was nothing else they could do because they were outside of warranty. Really??? 5 years and we have had to replace the SAME PART 4 times!!!! And of course it is the most expensive part... short story long, I asked to speak to a supervisor and after an extremely long hold time, they came back to say that they did some research and they can try to locate the part "sooner" and have it delivered to me at no charge. Oh, magically it is at no charge??? And sooner means that they will look for the part for 4 weeks and if they are unable to locate it, they will call me about an alternative solution... really??? 4 weeks I can wait to see if maybe they can find a replacement??? It is ridiculous... if I wanted disposable appliances I would have bought GE... as a matter of fact, we had better luck with the middle of the road GE appliances we had at our old house. I WILL NEVER BUY JENN AIR EVER AGAIN! I am extremely disappointed and will make sure everyone I talk to knows the terrible quality of their products and customer service this company offers.
