If I could rate this lower, I would. The 'priority' shipping took nearly a month, but at least I received my $5 refund. The bag arrived after my trip, forcing me to purchase a carry-on anyway, and it's made of plastic. I wouldn't dare use this bag in public. The customer service is ineffective and offers no real help. I regret not doing my research before spending $88 on this poor quality item.
