Ordered a Jennibag directly from the company. Inferior product, poorly made, and cheap material. I have contacted customer service MANY times and either get an automated email, or one that says my request has been prioritized.
If I could rate this lower, I would. The 'priority' shipping took nearly a month, but at least I received my $5 refund. The bag arrived after my trip, forcing me to purchase a carry-on anyway, and it's made of plastic. I wouldn't dare use this bag in public. The customer service is ineffective and offers no real help. I regret not doing my research before spending $88 on this poor quality item.
The claims about this bag are completely false. The only way to fit 14 days' worth of clothing would be if you only packed swimsuits and coverups for a beach trip. This bag is definitely not appropriate for 6 days in a winter city. I couldn't even fit three days' worth of clothes! A complete waste of my money!
Still haven’t received the product, and the tracking all of a sudden disappeared/stopped working. I reached out to customer service via email (they’ve replied before) but I haven’t received a response. At this point I’d like a full refund but I’m sure I won’t get that. If the product doesn’t arrive I’ll notify my credit card company.
I saw this bag on Instagram and was very intrigued by the size and amount of clothing you could pack for a trip. The bag is phenomenal and the extra storage boxes you can get were also great. It made packing so easy. I would highly recommend this bag to travelers, and having the rolling wheels made it even better on a recent trip. I had three people ask me where I got the bag, they all made comments about it, and they loved it. In the beginning there was a little shipping issue, but the customer service at Jenni bag was phenomenal. They responded quickly professionally and I couldn’t be happier with this company. If you’re looking for a great travel bag this is the one to get. And yes, it fits perfectly in the overhead, so no need to check a bag.Thank you, Jenni bag I appreciate the wonderful service and your product. I'm trying to return unused items, because they don't fit as much as they said they did. But they won't give me an address to return my order for a full refund. They made me send a video, then they said I had to wait 3-5 business days for quality control to get with me to return my item's, 8 days later and many emails to their customer service, I can't get any help to return my items.
You can NOT pack as much as is seen in the video clips and any attempt to is laughable. I am 5 days in to a 12 day Euro Trip and the main zipper has broken off. I will have to either buy a new bag or try to fix it. Buyer be mindful.
