I wouldn’t even give them 1 star. Ordered a size 10 shoe. They sent me a European size 42 (this is a US size 11) that smelled so bad I had to wrap them back up. They would not exchange for the correct size without me paying shipping to CHINA!! This was their mistake and wanted me to pay for shipping back and then tried to tell me the shoes really were a size 10 and the 42 printed on them was wrong…..
