Doesn’t deserve one star! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. The product I ordered was not only the wrong size. It’s a completely different shoe in which they have TRIED to replicate from a photo they stole from a legitimate site. I have plenty of images for proof, but you can’t post photos here. They are not making good on their own return policy. And they are not in the USA as stated on their site! They are in Asia.
Do Not Buy from this company, the name and the deceptive USA address on the website make you think this is a US - based company. It is not. I ordered 2 dresses from them, and it took over 3 weeks from order to delivery, from the factory in China. Fabrics were odd and fit was off. I wanted to return both, they offered me 10% off to keep the dresses instead. I wanted a full refund. There are multiple requirements for sending returns - photos of garments, internal packaging, external packing, filling out a return form which gets taped to the outside of the package, tracking #.,,…but I never got that far, because USPS quoted me $70 to ship the pkg back, and then they said there could be customs charges, etc. you have to fill out a customs declaration form ,too. And you don’t know what the customs charges could be, but you’re required to pay them. Shipping, plus the unknown customs cost, makes it prohibitive to send back. So I lost $90 for dresses I can’t wear. Never again!!!!!!!!!!!
I wouldn’t even give them 1 star. Ordered a size 10 shoe. They sent me a European size 42 (this is a US size 11) that smelled so bad I had to wrap them back up. They would not exchange for the correct size without me paying shipping to CHINA!! This was their mistake and wanted me to pay for shipping back and then tried to tell me the shoes really were a size 10 and the 42 printed on them was wrong…..
BEWARE! This is a front forca Chinese company. Return policy is a joke as buyer needs to ship back to China for a refund! Quality is suspect."Suede" boots shown in image are not suede and don't look anything like the image. CHEAP SCAM!
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!!!!! I recently bought a suit from them. I received the item today and it was nothing close to what i ordered. The item was not what I ordered and the quality was horrible for the price i paid for. Buyers do all your research before you order anything from them.!
I ordered a white dress in a size large; it took three weeks to receive it. When I received it, it fit like an ex-small dress; plus, the material was not good quality at all! When you see "free return," it's not a free return in the United States. If you are from the United States you have to pay for shipping. I was offered 10% to keep the item; this is not acceptable! 10% is nothing.
The blouse I ordered fits better than some of my more expensive ones. It doesn’t pull or bunch in awkward places and feels light enough to wear all day. I also appreciated how clean the delivery was;folded neatly, no creases, and wearable straight away.
While construction wasn't bad the materials were very poor indeed and not worth the cost. They did not come in a proper shoe box. The ad was misleading, making the buyer think the store is in the USA when in fact it is in China. Just be up front.
I ordered a knit mostly because I needed something easy for everyday layering but it ended up being far nicer than expected. It feels soft straight on the skin and doesn’t itch at all, even after a full day of wear. I really liked how neatly it arrived too;simple packaging, no harsh folding marks, and no weird smell.
