I visited on December 20th and experienced a machine freeze during a long-anticipated feature. After rebooting, I lost the feature—only the initial money was acknowledged as lost. I continued playing, but my winnings did not transfer to my balance. I showed the staff, who agreed, but after another reboot, I lost £31. I've been back twice for resolution without success. These machines are monitored, so they know exactly what was lost. Very poor service.
