I visited on December 20th and experienced a machine freeze during a long-anticipated feature. After rebooting, I lost the feature—only the initial money was acknowledged as lost. I continued playing, but my winnings did not transfer to my balance. I showed the staff, who agreed, but after another reboot, I lost £31. I've been back twice for resolution without success. These machines are monitored, so they know exactly what was lost. Very poor service.

The win rates on the games are shockingly low, even when features or bonuses occur. Regular customers feel they are being cheated and humiliated, leading many to leave permanently. The profit margins appear to be fixed well below acceptable standards. This shop should be shut down pending investigation. I can only give it one star, which is frankly too generous.
During my visit to a location, one staff member was unnecessarily rude. It was clear he dislikes customers who pay his wages. He made a dismissive comment regarding my presence, implying I should go elsewhere. The shop remained open until 9:30 PM, but he emptied the machines at 8 PM and was aggressive about it. Does the company select employees based on their attitude?
