This place is incredibly poorly managed! An immediate investigation by the authorities is needed. The staff and manager are rude, with some boasting about their large daily earnings. The win rates on the games are shockingly low, even when features or bonuses occur. Regular customers feel they are being cheated and humiliated, leading many to leave permanently. The profit margins appear to be fixed well below acceptable standards. This shop should be shut down pending investigation. I can only give it one star, which is frankly too generous.
