I had to make 3 seperate inquiries before your chat function worked correctly. On the third attempt I finally got to speak with Dylan who assured me he had corrected the issue and that I would be able to place my order now. Upon trying I found the issue had not been resolved and I was still unable to place an order due to the inability to differentiate my billing address from my shipping address (literally never seen this problem from any other online retailer). If I could give less than one star I would. I will be taking my business elsewhere.
