Ordered a TLD helmet which was on sale, free shipping, and got it in 2 days. The price was so good, I purchased a second one as a backup (racing BMX). Definitely would order from them again. Just with they carried more BMX associated parts, but that is totally understandable since they are mountain bike centric.

Unfortunately it appears as though their order processing and shipping times have drastically declined....they promise "1 day shipping to AZ" and now that appears to be five days since they've started using USPS. I've been a customer for years and never experienced this slow of a delivery until now. I reached out and they apologized for "the delay", however I think it's just their new way of doing business unfortunately. I will go elsewhere from now on.

I received the wrong item. I attempted to reach the returns department by phone, but the number provided seems unhelpful. I also tried the chat option, which indicated I would be next in line after three minutes, but I've been waiting for an hour without any response. I found another phone number and have been on hold for an hour as well, with no one answering. You sent me the incorrect part, and now I can't get in touch with anyone. This feels like a scam, and I want my money back.
