Unsatisfactory customer support

I encountered a processing error while trying to place an order online. After waiting a day with no change, I sought help via phone but was kept on hold for an extended period. I decided to try the online chat while waiting. The representative informed me that my coupon wasn’t applicable to the item I was ordering. When I asked for assistance with placing my order, there was no further communication. After waiting a while, I ended the chat and hung up after being on hold for 45 minutes. I was very frustrated and decided to look elsewhere for my purchase, where I found the item at a lower price without any issues. Disappointing experience.
