I received the wrong item. I attempted to reach the returns department by phone, but the number provided seems unhelpful. I also tried the chat option, which indicated I would be next in line after three minutes, but I've been waiting for an hour without any response. I found another phone number and have been on hold for an hour as well, with no one answering. You sent me the incorrect part, and now I can't get in touch with anyone. This feels like a scam, and I want my money back.
