The set delivered was not what was shown in the showroom; the color was incorrect, the dresser had black paint spots, and the bed rails were made from a different material. I expected much more from a company with a strong reputation. They need to ensure customers receive exactly what they choose and inspect items thoroughly before delivery. Their lack of quality control and poor communication added to my frustration. I was also misled about their financing offer, which would have cost me nearly double if not paid off in time. My interactions with the salesperson and customer care left me feeling deceived. I advise caution to potential customers.
