Disappointing experience with a recent furniture purchase

We bought a matching couch and loveseat from a local store 15 months ago, shortly after the 1-year warranty expired. I realize I should have raised my concerns earlier, but the issues only became apparent after that period. The patented seat foam is subpar; the cushions have sunk to the point where the wood slats are noticeable. Additionally, the material on the footrests has become worn and bunched up. The "Oops Protection" I purchased seems to only cover stains and accidental damage, making it a poor investment. When I contacted the warranty department, they were unhelpful and only offered a technician's number for a quote. We will not be returning there.

We bought a matching couch and loveseat from a store 15 months ago, just a few months past the one-year warranty. I realize I should have raised the issue sooner, but the problems didn't really become noticeable until after that. The patented seat foam is very poor quality. The cushions have sunk so much that I can feel the wood slats. The footrest material is all bunched up and worn. The protection plan I purchased is clearly only for stains or accidental damage, making it a waste of money. The warranty department offered no help, just saying they could provide a technician's number for a quote. I will not shop there again.

Misleading Experience: Showroom vs. Delivery

Extremely disappointing experience with a bedroom set purchase. The set delivered was not what was shown in the showroom; the color was incorrect, the dresser had black paint spots, and the bed rails were made from a different material. I expected much more from a company with a strong reputation. They need to ensure customers receive exactly what they choose and inspect items thoroughly before delivery. Their lack of quality control and poor communication added to my frustration. I was also misled about their financing offer, which would have cost me nearly double if not paid off in time. My interactions with the salesperson and customer care left me feeling deceived. I advise caution to potential customers.

Damaged sectional sofa experience

I will never shop here again. I spent a lot of money at this store and ended up with two damaged sectional sofas. The first one took two months to arrive because the salesperson forgot to place the order. When it finally came, it had a dent in the frame, short cushions, and torn fabric. They reordered the same couch, but the delivery person found even more damage and took pictures. They claimed it was a manufacturing issue. During delivery, my flooring got scratched because the sofa wouldn’t lock properly due to its bent frame. They offered me another sofa but no refund or discount. I’m contacting the Better Business Bureau; I’m done with this store.

Waiting too long for furniture delivery

We purchased new furniture in January, and as of March 2nd, we are still waiting for delivery that was promised for the middle of last month. Not very satisfied with this company.

Overcharging and no delivery scheduled

I went to buy a hanging egg chair, but the salesperson was evasive about showing me the receipt. After insisting, I noticed I was being charged more than the actual price. I left and ordered online, but there was no delivery scheduled. I received an email saying someone would contact me, but after two days with no response, when I tried to reach customer service, they transferred me elsewhere without any answers.

Frustration with misleading information

I'm fed up with being misled by this furniture store. The sales supervisor promised me bed rails that matched what I saw in the showroom, but they delivered inferior ones instead. I've been waiting almost four weeks for a resolution, but all I get are excuses. A regional manager assured me she would fix the issue and call me back, but I haven't heard from her. I was also promised a discount on the delivery fee, which hasn't materialized. I'm very unhappy with this company and do not recommend them.

Unpleasant mattress delivery experience

We bought a queen size mattress along with a protector. The delivery team insisted on installing the protector for us. A few weeks later, we found a rust-like stain and a tear when washing it. When we contacted the store, they refused to replace the mattress because we didn’t report the issue within five days, insisting we should repair it instead. I will not do business with this company again.
